Our Story

Meadow View Health Services’ goal is to create an environment that affords our residents the opportunity to be a partner in the care they receive, to develop trusting relationships with our caregivers, and to reach their highest level of independence. We are passionate about making our center The Right Choice for you or your loved one.

Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood of south Sheboygan, Meadow View has served the Sheboygan and surrounding communities since 1972.

In 2019 we were awarded a 2019 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). This award recognizes our commitment to the pursuit of quality and our focus on developing systems and protocols that meet our residents’ needs and provide consistent quality care.

Testimonials

"I had a heart attack on December 17. I was in the hospital and then got an infection, and have had seven surgeries since that time. I came to this center on the first of March, and I couldn’t even move my legs. They have done a wonderful job getting me back on my feet. The help has been tremendous and the therapy has been the best. I am getting ready to go home soon! I couldn’t ask for better help.”

– Ethel Schodcraft

"I enjoy activities like bowling down the hallway. I used to be on a bowling league years ago. I had a strike my first try and was the overall winner!”

– Avis Morgan
